"We were looking for an upgrade from our, less than 6 month old hybrid, and had been to several dealerships just looking. Once we decided on a unit we began to negotiate a price with a dealer near us. After pondering over the deal I started looking for a used unit, not what I really wanted, and found one at Bus Supply of McComb. We made the 3 hour trip to look at it and were not real thrilled with the look of the used unit. The previous owner had put screws for photo hanging, 3 -8 screws per wall (every wall in the camper), that would never be made right, although the dealer assured me they would fix all of them. After sitting and talking with the salesman and voicing my concern with the used unit he asked what it would take to get my business. I made an offer which he did not accept. He stated that there is a minimum sale amount that he must get for that unit and my offer was below that amount. He then counter offered with a price for a NEW unit at a price well below what I had expected. So, I am now the proud owner and couldn't be happier. Through the whole process I was impressed with respect and openness of the staff. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and they generally took the time and seemed to be interested in what I had to say and were constantly asking for my thoughts on any purchase I would make."

"This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a high ticket item. Everything was exactly as stated, no bait and switch, no fast talking. They absolutely went above and beyond all our expectations in evry aspect of the transaction. Everything they said would be done was done. Every promise kept. "What a wonderful company to do business with. We found the location from searching the internet and made the trip up there. Since then we have dealt with Kris, salesman, who has been wonderful. We purchased 41 foot park trailer, it flooded, and Kris was wonderful about walking us through the process of getting another just like the one previously purchased. We also purchased another used 23 foot, for travel, through Kris. In purchasing the 23 foot they made sure it was serviced and inspected, and stood by their product. Would give 5 star plus all around rating."

"I would like to tell all who should be concerned with customer satisfaction about just that, customer satisfaction. My family proudly owns a 2010 Keystone Montana High Country 333 DB that we bought brand new one year ago almost to the day at that Bus Supply. We were on vacation in Tennessee when we decided it was time to start looking for a new RV. We stopped at every dealership we could find on our way home to Louisiana. We looked at so many models and floor plans that I dare not count. We were almost home when we found Bus Supply in McComb Mississippi and our next RV. Within two weeks we were camping in style. As time went on we found the usual lot of things to be taken care of. Bus Supply took care of all of our needs (and wants) without question and a smile on their faces. With one item on our list they decided to consult with the manufacturer. It was decided that my unit would be brought back to the factory at no charge to me, and at my convenience. Keep in mind that we are heavy campers. Typically 8-12 days a month year round. So we finish our summer camping at our leisure and our RV goes back to the factory. Eight days after the start of work, I receive a phone call from someone in their quality inspection department. He has a concern with something that had nothing to do with why my unit was there. He simply wanted to correct something that he felt may be trouble in the future. Unbelievable. My unit is still at the factory getting its final checks. So what most would have thought to be a situation that could only get worse turned out a little different for me. It showed me exactly what kind of people I was dealing with. One company that stand behind its products, and another, behind its customers. Every step of this adventure was handled by both companies with respect and courtesy. I have never been so completely satisfied with customer service departments as I am now.If a future RV owner gets to read this letter, I challenge you to find a better dealer to buy from than Bus Supply, and a better brand to buy a Keystone. If you find that, as them to stand by their products when the advantage is only to you... I'm willing to be that's a promise they won't make.
I am a satisfied customer of both Keystone RV and Bus Supply. I see Keystone products bought from Bus Supply on all of my future vacations for years to come."

"Our RV buying experience at Bus Supply was a breeze from start to finish. Our salesman was a total professional and took care of every concern we had and followed up to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. This RV purchase was our sixth but our first first fifth wheel and the technician during the walk thru took the time I needed to be sure I was fully trained in the hitching and un-hitching process. Also I appreciated the time taken to be sure I understood the safety do's and don'ts as well. Of six RV's we have owned, number 4, 5, and 6 have come from Bus Supply Company. Anybody can sell you an RV but a dealership that has a service department that can actually fix something will keep you coming back. Glenn Gray, LA"

"We came from Livingston Parish one afternoon in bad weather to look at a unit.We were after hours arriving, the unit we were to look at was brought around and plugged up to be viewed in the dark. After looking around we decided that wasn't the one we really wanted. The salesman was very patient, took us out in the freezing rain at night and showed us several units by headlights of a truck and flashlight. He was wonderful! He never once said maybe try back tomorrow in the daylight. It was however long we needed to be there and the back and forth of my undecisiveness was OK with him. Thank you David. Dee Dee Delatte"
